Aleppo University Hospital announces its desire to request offers to provide consumable medical materials for the orthopedic department of the hospital, according to the following conditions.
Temporary insurance is determined at a value of / 17,500,000 / only seven Ten million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds only in accordance with the provisions of Article 46, Paragraph B of Law 51/2004, and the final rate is 10% of the value of the referral to the bidder. Detailing the terms of his offer
in terms of technical and financial specifications, detailing the individual and total prices, and submitting models according to the book of technical conditions.
Receiving materials. In one batch,
all materials are divisible between exhibitors.
The delivery period is 30 days from the date of the direct order
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is fifty days from the date of opening the bids, and it is renewed automatically. In the event that no objection occurs during the legal period, the
bidder shall bear all other expenses resulting from the undertaking, including the fees for publishing the advertisement, even if the late fine is multiple,
10% of one per thousand per day, provided that it does not exceed the total. These fines are 20%, twenty percent of the referral value.
The shelf life and sterilization period shall not be less than two years upon delivery. The
contract shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Law 51/2004 and the general book of conditions issued by Decree No. 450 dated 12/9/2004 and the technical conditions book. with tender notice no. 107498 published on 12 Oct 2023.
