The bidder has the right to submit in foreign currencies according to what is stated in communication No. 26/ B/15 dated 10/21/2014 in line with the Prime Minister’s Circular 260/15 dated 11/21/2013. Primary insurances in accordance with the list of requirements and insurances attached to the technical book of conditions shall be provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check by order of the Ministry. Health and a check to his order will not be accepted. Final insurances are 10% of the referral value. Delay fine is one per thousand for every day of delay. Implementation period according to what is stated in the technical book of conditions. Delivery method according to what is stated in the technical book of conditions. Place of delivery. Warehouses of the requesting party. The bidder has the right to submit for one or more of the items (divisible). ( The price of the file is /50,000/ fifty thousand Syrian pounds only. The period of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is 6 months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. Required papers. An envelope of the identification papers stipulated in Law 51/2004 . A subscription fee of 100,000 SYP, including temporary insurance + the technical offer envelope + the financial offer envelope..
