The final deposit is 10% of the referral value. The fine for delay is one per thousand for each day of delay. The implementation period is /90/days. The method of delivery is according to what is stated in the technical conditions book. The price of the file is /100,000/SYP. The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the bidder, The candidate is 6 months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification documents stipulated in Law 51/2004 and a subscription fee of 100,000 SYP, including temporary insurance + the technical offer envelope + the financial offer envelope. Legal requirements books are obtained. Financial and technical matters from the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health during the official working hours. Offers are submitted to the office of the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health until the end of the official working hours from 11/19/2023 85613.
