At the request of public authorities, the exhibitor has the right to apply in foreign currencies according to the Notice No. 26/B / 15 dated 21/10/2014 in line with the circular of the presidency of the Council of ministers 260/15 dated 21/11/2013
The initial insurances according to the need table attached with the technical conditions book are only provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a cheque certified by the order of the Ministry of Health and the cheque is not accepted for his order
Final insurance 10% of the referral value
The delay fine is one thousand for each day of delay
The execution period is as specified in the technical conditions book
The strike price is / 100000 / L.X
The method of delivery according to the technical conditions book
Place of delivery warehouses of the requesting authorities
The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer is six months from the date of the end of the submission of bids, as for the nominated bidder /6 / months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of law 51 of 2004
