The bidder has the right to bid in foreign currencies in accordance with what is stated in the report No. 26/B/15/ dated 10/21/2014 in line with the Prime Minister’s Circular 260/15 dated 11/21/2013 Insurance Temporary amounts according to the schedule of quantities attached to the technical specifications booklet shall be provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check to the health orderer. The check to the orderer is not accepted. Final deposits are 10% of the referral value. The fine for delay is one per thousand for each day of delay. The implementation period is 60 days from the day following the date of receipt of the direct order. Place of delivery. Warehouses of the requesting parties. File price /100,000/ LBP. The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is six months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification papers stipulated in Law 51 of 2004 and a subscription fee of 100,000 . /S.P., including temporary insurance + forms + financial offer envelope.
