Terms of reference and in accordance with the following provisions Implementation period: 30 calendar days The advertisement is divisible The initial deposits (20,000,000) SYP only Twenty million Syrian pounds, nothing other than the final deposits 10% of the referral value The initial and final deposits shall be provided in accordance with what is indicated in the book of conditions Financial and Legal Submission of offers: Bids must be submitted before the end of the specified date to the office of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (Damascus - Saadallah Al-Jabri Street - opposite the Central Post Office) and it shall be contained within three sealed envelopes. It shall be placed in a fourth sealed envelope addressed to the name (Ministry of Public Works and Housing) and on it shall be written the subject of the request for bids, the final date specified for submission of bids, the bidder’s name and address, and (telephone, fax, and mailbox) numbers. The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is /45/calendar days from the day following the date of the last date for submitting bids. The duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement is /45/calendar days from the day following the date he is notified in the referral letter of the deadline for submitting bids at (15.30) on (Sunday) date (1/). 10/2023).
