The Directorate General of real estate interests announces its need to request a solicitation of offers by the sealed envelope method to provide data entry computers number: (60) only sixty computers are not superfluous to work in the Directorate General of real estate interests for the year 2023
Temporary insurances: determined by a lump sum amount of: (25,500,000 / L. O) only twenty-five million and five hundred thousand Syrian pounds, only provided under a certified check or a bank guarantee from one of the accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic, provided that the period is not less than three months from the date of submission of offers
Final insurances: ten percent of the contract value is provided by certified check or bank guarantee
Delay penalty: one thousand for each day of delay and not more than twenty percent of the total value of the contract
Method of submission of tenders: tenders are submitted in accordance with the provisions of the contract law issued by number: (51) for the year 2004
If the offer includes more than one partner, all these partners must apply for temporary and final insurance on behalf of all of them under penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the phrase (in solidarity and solidarity)
Execution period: the execution period is limited to (60 )only sixty days starting from the day after the contractor is notified of the direct order
The period of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer: the period of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer is determined for a period of three months from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of offers is renewed in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system with tender notice no. 87236 published on 22 Aug 2023.
