Tenders shall be organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 within three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Department of Military Works _ Tender Committee until the end of the official working hours of Saturday, 21/10/2023 AD, and the subject of the request for proposals and the chosen
domicile shall be written on it, the first envelope contains the following
Request for participation in the request for proposals affixed with the prescribed stamps (financial stamp 100000,300 SYP with all fees in addition to all fees resulting from temporary guarantees, a war effort of 200 SYP and a martyr stamp of 16 SYP) A written statement from the bidder that he has reviewed the general conditions book, the books of special conditions (legal - financial - technical)
and the tables of supply items and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein of the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions
