- Primary Insurance /37,500,000/SYP only Thirty-seven million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, paid by check certified to the order of the Damascus Governorate, or by a bank guarantee, or in cash to the Damascus Governorate Fund - the final deposits are 10%
of the contract value, and if the offer includes more than one partner, it must That all of these partners submit temporary and final guarantees in their names, under penalty of rejection of their offer, and that their offer includes a statement that they are joint and several partners
- The duration of the implementation of the undertaking is 30 calendar days, starting from the day following the date on which the nominated contractor is notified of the order to commence
- Duration of the bidder’s association with his offer: The bidder remains bound. With his offer for a period of /180/ days starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers, the nominated contractor remains bound to his offer for a period of /180/ days starting from the day following his written notification of the referral of the request for offers to him - the late fine is two per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the value
