Governorate Fund - Final insurances 10% of the contract value, and in the event that the offer includes more than one partner, all these partners must submit temporary and final insurances in their name under penalty of rejection of their offer and that their offer includes a statement that they are interdependent and several.
- The period of implementation of the pledge / 30 / calendar days starting from the day following the date of notification of the nominated contractor of the commencement
order - The period of the bidder's association with his offer The bidder remains linked to his offer for a period of /180/ days starting from the day following the end of the date of submission of offers and the nominated contractor remains linked to his offer for a period of /180/ days starting from the day following the date of notification in writing of the referral of the request for proposals to him
- The delay fine is two per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract - Warranty period: one year from the day following the date of provisional
