The Ministry of Health announces its desire to conduct an internal request for tenders at full speed for the fifth time using the sealed envelope method to provide heart surgery supplies for the health sector authorities (second and third batches). The bidder has the right to submit in foreign currencies according to what is stated in communication No. 26/ B/15 dated 10/21/2014 in line with the Prime Minister’s Circular 260/15 dated 11/21/2013.
Primary insurances according to the list of requirements and insurances attached to the technical book of conditions shall be provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check by order of the Ministry. Health and a check to his order will not be accepted.
Final insurances are 10% of the referral value.
The fine for delay is one per thousand for every day of delay
in the implementation period according to what is stated in the technical conditions book.
The method of delivery is according to what is mentioned in the technical conditions book.
Place of delivery: Warehouses of the requesting party.
The bidder has the right to apply for one or more of the items (divisible).
The price of the file is /50,000/fifty thousand Syrian pounds.
The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is 6 months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004
