- The deadline for receiving offers:until the end of official working hours from Sunday, corresponding to 27/8/2023 at the General Administration Office of the Commercial Bank of Syria
- Bids will be unsealed on the day following the deadline for submitting bids at 10: 00 a.m. on Monday, corresponding to 28/8/2023 at the General Administration-the meeting place of the tender committee
- Temporary insurances: / 7,500,000 / L.O only seven million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, and attach a cash notice to pay a lump-sum stamp fee in the amount of/50,000 / L.O only fifty thousand Syrian pounds, only for the temporary guarantee provided
- Final insurances: 10 % of the total contract value
- Execution period: one calendar year starting from the day after the contractor receives the written direct order, renewable for an additional year if the management wishes, and for a period not exceeding two years after the first year, provided that all UPS devices are fully ready during the first month of the contract period
- The duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer:/120 / days only one hundred and twenty days from the date of the end of the submission of offers
- The duration of the candidate exhibitor's engagement:/ 60 / days only sixty days from the day following the notification of the transfer of the pledge to him in writing and in accordance with Article /25 / of Law No. 51 / of 2004
