Internal Tender Announcement The Ministry of Health announces its desire to conduct an internal tender using the sealed envelope method to provide serums for the health public sector authorities The health public sector authorities are required Primary insurance / 10,000,000 / SP for only ten million Syrian pounds Submitted under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Arab country The Syrian or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health, and the check to his order is not accepted according to the following. Final deposits 10% of the referral value. The delay fine is one in a thousand for each day of delay from the date the direct order is notified. The execution period is one calendar year. The method of delivery is in four installments . 30 days from the date of notification of the direct order and within a period of one month. The second payment is 25% of the required quantity after 90 days from the date of notification of the direct order and within a period of one month. Third batch 25% of the required quantity after 150 days from the date of notification of the direct order and within a period of one month Fourth installment 25% of the required quantity after 210 days from the date of notification of the direct order and within a period of one month The bidder has the right to apply for one or more items at the place of delivery according to the book of conditions The technical price of the file is 100,000 SP. The period of engagement of the bidder with his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting offers. As for the nominated bidder, it is 6 months from the date of referral, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. The required papers are the envelope of the supporting documents stipulated in Law 51/2004, and a subscription fee of the value. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 27 Aug 2023.
