The first envelope contains the following: A request for participation in the request for offers, with the required stamps affixed to it (a financial stamp of 100,000 Syrian pounds with all fees in addition to all fees resulting from temporary guarantees and a war effort of 300 Syrian pounds and a martyr’s stamp of 200 Syrian pounds) A written statement from the bidder that he He reviewed the book of general conditions and the books of special conditions (legal - financial - technical) and the schedules of supplies items and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein..
