Bids are requested according to the system Unified public entity contracts issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of
general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, in accordance with the special technical specifications and the
special legal and financial conditions book. The bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the following conditions:
Initial deposits: (7,000). 000) for only seven million Syrian pounds, valid until the end of the bidder’s commitment to his offer.
Final insurance: (10%) of the contract value
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay.
Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) days from the date of submitting bids.
Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer: (90) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order. He shall bear
all expenses, taxes, and fees. All expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the
stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
The offers shall be submitted to the office of the General Corporation for Road Transport in Damascus or sent by registered mail, provided that they arrive
and are registered at the office of the Corporation in both cases before the end of the official working hours on Tuesday, 10/24/2023 AD, located on Al-Hamra Street, opposite Parliament, in accordance with what is stated in the legal conditions booklet.
