Syria only - Final insurance: 5% of the total value of the contract - Implementation period: An academic year that includes (the first semester, the second semester, and the summer semester) the equivalent of /230/ actual working days - The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer: (45) days starting From the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers or any extension agreed upon, the nominated contractor remains bound to his offer for a period of (45 days) starting from the day following his notification of the decision to refer him. -Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of The total value of the contract - The contractor will bear all taxes and fees resulting from the implementation of the contract - The file can be viewed and obtained from the Directorate of Legal Affairs and Contracts in the central administration of the university - The price of the book of conditions / 200,000 / SYP.
