The bidder is considered informed. On the project file according to the following conditions, the estimated statement value is (435,475,000) Syrian pounds only, four hundred and thirty-five million, four hundred and seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds only. Initial deposits (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer. Final deposits (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) days from the date Submission of offers Duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order.
