The legal documents are placed in one envelope and the financial offer in another envelope and all of them are placed in a third envelope entitled to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement and the subject of the advertisement and the name of the exhibitor, his address and phone number are written on it. The contractor shall bear the advertising fees and all fees incurred in accordance with the regulations in force .
