Duration of engagement of the bidder nominated to sign the contract / 30 / thirty calendar days starting from the day following the date on which he was notified of the assignment of the pledge to him The duration of fulfillment of the pledge / 30 / thirty calendar days starting from the day following the date of the contractor's notification of the order to start, or his delivery to the work site free of obstructions, whichever is later .
