Those wishing to submit these materials can view the required documents and obtain the books of technical and special conditions and the schedule of quantities from the building of the military works department-the tender committee as of the date for payment of a financial stamp of ( 6000 ) L.X
Tenders are organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 within three closed envelopes and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled On behalf of the military works department _ tenders committee until the end of the official working day from Thursday, 7/9/2023, and the subject of the request for tenders and the chosen country are written on it
The first envelope contains the following
1-a subscription request for a request for proposals with a sticker of the prescribed stamps (100,000 L Financial stamp.O with all fees in addition to all fees for temporary guarantees and a war effort of 300 L.O and the character of the martyr is 200 L.S)
2-a written statement from the exhibitor that he has reviewed the general conditions book and the special conditions books (legal-financial-technical) and the schedules of the supply items and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein
3-documents proving the availability of the conditions stipulated in Article /16 / of the law /2 / of 2022
