The tender was published by MINISTRY OF HEALTH on 08 Aug 2023 for Tenders are invited for Providing the Supplies of Cardiac Surgery for the Obligation of the Health Sector (Second and Third Batch) J Ministry of Health Announcing an internal request for proposals at the total speed for the fourth time The Ministry of Health announces its desire to conduct an internal request for proposals at full speed for the fourth time in the manner of a sealed envelope to provide cardiac surgery supplies to the health sector entities (the second and third batch ) the bidder has the right to apply in foreign currencies as contained in the Notice No. 26/ B / 15 dated 21/10/2014 in line with the circular of the presidency of the Council of ministers 260/15 dated 21/11/2013 The initial insurances according to the list of needs and the insurances attached to the technical conditions book are provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check for the order of the Ministry of Health and the check is not accepted for his order Final insurance 10% of the referral value The delay fine is one thousand for each day of delay Execution period as specified in the technical conditions book The method of delivery according to the technical conditions book Place of delivery warehouses of the Requesting Party The exhibitor has the right to submit one or more items (indivisible) The price of the stamp /50000 / fifty thousand Syrian pounds only As for the nominated bidder, 6 months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of law 51 of 2004 The required papers are an envelope of identification papers stipulated by law 51/2004 and a subscription fee of 100,000 L.O includes temporary insurance+ technical presentation envelope +financial presentation envelope The books of legal, financial and technical conditions are obtained from the Contracts Department of the Ministry of health during the official working hours.
