Tishreen University Hospital in Latakia announces an internal request for bids to supply and install probes for echograph devices needed by Tishreen University Hospital in Latakia. Whoever wishes to participate and who meets the conditions stipulated in the contract system promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 must submit his offer in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is written according to the following: The first envelope: contains the initial insurance and identification papers with a financial stamp affixed to it
. With a value of 100,000 LBP. S +50,000 LBP. In exchange for the request to participate in the tender and in exchange for temporary guarantees.
The second envelope: contains the technical offer and technical specifications.
The third envelope: contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the materials provided.
- Primary insurance: 16,250,000 only, sixteen million two hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds and nothing more.
- Final deposit / 10% of the total value of the referral.
- Delivery period: Within the shortest period, not to exceed three months, starting from the date the contractor is notified of the order to proceed.
- Duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer: Three months, starting from the date of opening the bids, automatically renewed once in the event that there is no objection within seven days following the date of the end of the period.
- The offer is not divisible.
- Materials of Turkish origin are not accepted.
