The tender was published by INTERNATIONAL PLANNING AND COOPERATION AUTHORITY on 07 Nov 2023 for Tenders are invited for B- the Supply, Installation and Operation of Computer Equipment Regional Planning Commission Announcement of an internal request for proposals at full speed for the second time The Regional Planning Commission announces its desire to conduct an internal request for proposals at the full speed of the sealed envelope to submit and install the following two sets a- A special telephone exchange for the Regional Planning Commission building B- Supply, installation and operation of computer equipment according to the specifications specified in the book of special financial and technical legal conditions - Temporary insurances Its value is (20,000,000) only twenty million Syrian pounds only in the case of applying for the two groups mentioned above , its value is (5,000,000) only five million Syrian pounds only in the case of applying for the first group only, its value is (15,000,000) only fifteen million Syrian pounds, not other than applying for the second group only -Final insurances: by (10%) of the total value of the contract -The period of implementation of the contract is /30/ days from the day following the notification of the commencement order - The period of the bidder's association with his offer: (45) calendar days starting from the date of the opening of the offers, and the period is automatically renewed in the absence of an objection, and the nominated contractor remains attached to his offer until he is notified of the order to start - The offer is divisible according to one of the two items mentioned above /a/ and /b/ - Offers are submitted to the Office of the Regional Planning Commission located in Damascus - Dummar suburb - the ground floor of the building of the General Company for Engineering Studies - the back door, and the submission of offers ends at the full speed at the end of the official working hours on Monday, which is in 13/11/2023.
