Those wishing to submit These materials: View and obtain technical and special conditions books and documents related to them in the Informatics Department building - Beirut Street - next to the Officers Club, at the office of the Chairman of the Tenders Committee in the Informatics Department. In exchange for an amount of 5000 Syrian pounds, the technical and financial offers will be submitted in three sealed envelopes . These envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the Informatics Department within a maximum period of time at the end of official working hours on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 AD, and shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Articles 16-35 of Law No. 2, dated March 1, 2022, and shall be accompanied by temporary deposits. The delivery period is /45/ days starting from the day following the contractor’s notification of the order to proceed. The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is for a period of six months from the date of submitting the offer to the administration. The duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement is /6/ months from the date of his notification of the referral to him in accordance with the provisions of Article /30/ of Law No. /2. / For the year 2022 AD, the required insurances shall be provided in the form of certified checks or bank guarantees issued by acceptable banks in accordance with the regulations in force in Syria, or supported by them, as follows:.
