It is organized in accordance with the provisions of Articles 16-35 of Law No. 2 dated 3/1/2022, attached to the temporary deposits. The delivery period is 45 days starting from the day following the contractor’s notification of the order to commence. The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is for a period of six months from the date of submission of the offer to the administration . The engagement of the nominated contractor is /6/ months from the date of his notification of the referral to him in accordance with the provisions of Article /30/ of Law No. /2/ of 2022 AD. The required insurances are provided in the form of certified checks or bank guarantees issued by acceptable banks in accordance with the regulations in force in Syria or supported by them on The following figure:.
