Only one hundred and eleven million four hundred thousand Syrian pounds, only according to what is contained in the financial and legal book of conditions . 3- The last date for submitting offers until the end of the official working hours is from Tuesday, 5/9/2023 4- The date of the bid-dismissal session is on Wednesday, 6/9/2023 at 10:00 am in the Syrian Oil Company building in Dumar, the twelfth floor 5- Duration and place of supply a- For the foreign bidder / 120 / day FOB port of shipment and / 180 / day CFR port of Latakia or Tartous or delivery of the free zone or land border crossings from the date of his notification of the opening of the supporting documentary credit or direct order in accordance with the terms of the contract b- for the local bidder / 180 / day of handing over the land of the warehouses of the Central Region Fields Directorate in Al-Farqlus from the date of notifying him of the direct order 6- The period of commitment to the offer / 120 / day is one hundred and twenty days, starting from the day following the closing date 7- The order: indivisible 8- The guarantee period is one year from the date of the initial receipt of the materials 9- The method of payment for the local and foreign bidder according to what is contained in the book of financial and legal conditions.
