The Authority for Excellence and Creativity announces a request for offers at full speed for the work of supplying laboratory supplies and equipment for the biology laboratory at the National Center for Excellence in Homs Governorate (first phase) For the privileged in Homs Governorate (first stage) according to the technical, financial and legal conditions books and according to the following - Primary insurance: The primary insurance is determined by a lump sum / 19,700,000 / SP nineteen million seven hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, paid according to a certified check to the order of the Excellence and Creativity Commission Or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic according to the forms approved by them. Endorsed checks are not accepted - Final deposits 10% of the contract value - In the event that the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit temporary and final bonds in their names under penalty of rejection of their offer, and that their offer includes a statement that they are in solidarity and solidarity . The bidder’s commitment to his offer is 60 days, starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers. The nominated bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 60 days, starting from the day following the written notification of the nominated bidder of the referral of the bid request. The delay fine is 0.1% one per thousand for each day of delay . Provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract - the candidate bidder shall bear all taxes and fees incurred in the implementation of the contract.
