Implementation period: one full calendar year and in installments according to need. The amount of the payment is determined in a written letter. The first installment is within two days from the day following the contractor’s notification of the direct order and the rest of the payments within Two days from the day following the notification of the contractor in a written letter from the administration.
Delay fine: 0.1% for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract.
