Those wishing to participate in the tender can view the legal, financial and technical conditions books and the table of quantities in the office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee of the Military Medical Services Administration / Damascus - Barzat Al-Balad - Side. Tishreen Military Hospital/ Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities, starting from the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of their value amounting to /5000/SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds only and /100,000/SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Request to participate in the tender. Submission of offers . Within an envelope, it is placed in a second envelope addressed to the name of the party in need, with the subject of the tender written on it and the date of opening of the offers, stamped to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve noon on Sunday, October 29, 2023 AD. The offers are delivered by hand or sent by registered mail . Bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 2 dated 2/1/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts. The tender session will be held in the office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee in the Military Medical Services Administration at one-fifteen in the afternoon on Sunday, 10/29/ 2023.
