The bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to The following conditions: The estimated initial insurance is /20,000,000/ SYP only, twenty million Syrian pounds, not including the final insurance: (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) days from the date of submitting bids. Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer: (90) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order. He shall bear all expenses, taxes, and fees. All expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
