The period of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is ninety days from the date of opening the bids, and it is automatically renewed in the event of failure to withdraw within the period specified by law. The bidder has no right to divide it, and the guarantee period is one year. From the date of temporary receipt, the implementation period is /90/ ninety days The technical, legal, and financial conditions booklet can be obtained from the Supplies Directorate for an amount of 50,000/fifty thousand Syrian pounds, to be paid in the treasury of the university presidency, and the receipt should be attached to the submitted offer. The offers are submitted closed and sealed by the bidder to the office of the Presidency of the University of Aleppo no later than Sunday, November 12, 2023. The offer is placed in a closed and sealed envelope and contains three closed and sealed envelopes, which include 1- The first envelope: It contains the necessary documents for contracting and initial insurances . 2- The second envelope: contains the technical offer 3- The third envelope: contains the financial offer.
