the Excellence and Creativity Authority announces a request for offers for the second time at full speed for the work of supplying laboratory supplies and equipment for the biology laboratory at the National Center for Excellence in Homs Governorate (first phase) in accordance with the books of technical, financial and legal conditions and in accordance with the following:
- Initial insurances: Initial insurances are determined in a lump sum of /19,700,000/SYP nineteen million seven hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, payable according to a certified check ordered by the Commission for Excellence and Creativity or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic according to the forms approved by them and are not accepted. Endorsed checks
- Final deposits: 10% of the contract value
- If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit the temporary and final deposits in their names under the penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the statement that they are joint and several partners
- The period for implementing the pledge is 90 days starting from The day following the date on which the nominated contractor is notified of the directive with tender notice no. 7743 published on 07 Sep 2023.
