Endorsed checks - Final deposits: 10% of the contract value - If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit the temporary and final deposits in their names under the penalty of rejection of their offer, and their offer must include the statement that they are joint and several partners - The period for implementing the pledge is 90 days starting from The day following the date on which the nominated contractor is notified of the directive.
