The AUTHORITY FOR EXCELLENCE AND CREATIVITY in Syria from Middle East region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Supplying Business Supplies and Laboratory Tools The Authority for Excellence and Creativity announces a tender for the second time with the full speed of the work of supplying laboratory supplies and tools for the chemistry laboratory at the National Center for Excellence in Homs Governorate Books of technical, financial and legal conditions, according to the following - Primary insurance: The primary insurance is determined by a lump sum / 2,639,760 / SP two million, six hundred and thirty-nine thousand, seven hundred and sixty Syrian pounds only, to be paid according to a certified check to the order of the Excellence and Creativity Authority or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in The Syrian Arab Republic, according to the forms approved by it, and endorsed checks are not accepted. - Final deposit: 10% of the contract value - In the event that the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit temporary and final bonds in their names under penalty of rejection of their offer, and that their offer includes a statement that they are jointly and jointly liable . The bidder's commitment to his offer is /60/ days, starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers. The nominated contractor remains bound to his offer for a period of /60/ days, starting from the day following the notification of the nominated contractor in writing that the tender has been referred to him - The delay fine is 0.1% one per thousand for each day of delay Not to exceed 20% of the total value of the contract - The nominated bidder shall bear all taxes and fees incurred in executing the contract with tender notice no. 6906 published on 11 Aug 2023.
