Any offer not accompanied by the initial insurance will inevitably be ignored. 2- The supply period is 40 days. 3- Partial offers are accepted. 4- The bidder is bound to his offer for a period of three months starting from the expiry date of acceptance of the offer. 5- Offers are submitted to the company’s office in Damascus - Zabaltani - tanneries at the headquarters of the public administration, or by registered mail to PO Box 2019, attached with all identification documents in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of the year 2004 in two envelopes (the first envelope is the initial insurance, identification papers, and technical offer, and the second envelope is the financial offer). These two envelopes are placed in a third envelope that is tightly closed and labeled with the name of the company. On it are written the name of the bidder, his detailed address, and the subject, number, and date of the advertisement. 6- Bids will be accepted until fifteen o’clock on Tuesday the following day.
