Initial insurance: The initial insurance is determined in a lump sum of /5,513,189/SYP, five million five hundred and thirteen thousand, one hundred and eighty-nine Syrian pounds only, payable according to a certified check ordered by the Commission for Excellence and Creativity or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic according to the approved forms. It has and does not accept endorsed checks
. Final deposits: 10% of the contract value.
If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit temporary and final deposits in their names, under penalty of rejection of their offer. Their offer must include the statement that they are joint and several partners. Duration of implementing the pledge:
