Request to participate in submitting offers. The offers shall be submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these shall be placed The envelopes should be placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, with the subject of the request for bids written on it and sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday 11/14/2023 AD. The bids will be delivered by hand or sent by registered mail. The bids will be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article / 35/ of Law No. /2/ dated 2/1/2022 regarding contracts of the Ministry of Defense.
