according to the quantity, technical specifications and contractual terms that can be obtained in the building of the Directorate of the Institution located in the countryside of Damascus - Al-Hama - Tel. (3233951) Fax / 3233967/ p. B. /2330/, which can be obtained in exchange for paying its value of /25000/SYP only twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds, taking into account the application of what was stated in Law No. /1/ dated 3/20/2023, which includes amending some articles of the legislative decree No. /44/ of 2005 relating to stamp duty
The offers shall be submitted in two closed envelopes and placed in a third envelope addressed to the name of the institution and on which the subject of the tender and the date set for the bids’ opening shall be written to the Tenders Committee until the end of the official working hours from Sunday 9/17/2023 AD and shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Resolution No. / 13007/ dated 11/28/2022 AD, which includes the procurement and sales work system for the Defense Factories Corporation, and in accordance with Article / 6/ of the book of legal and financial conditions No. /16/ dated 3/26/2023 AD issued by the Corporation - the tender session will be held in the tender hall located in the
