- Bids are submitted in two sealed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the institution, on which the subject of the tender and the date specified for the dismissal of bids are written to the tender committee until the end of the official working day of Monday, 9/10/2023, and are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of the procurement and sales work system of the Defense laboratories institution certified by Ministerial Resolution No. 13007 dated 28/11/2022 and its amendments and in accordance with Article /6/ of the book of legal and financial conditions No. /15/ date 26/3/2023 issued by the foundation
