Within three closed envelopes, these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the Motor Vehicles Department, on which is written the subject of the request for tenders and the specific date for opening the tenders, provided that they reach the administration within a maximum period of time at the end of the official working day from (Saturday) falling on 10/7/2023 AD and are organized in accordance with the provisions Article (35) of Law No. (2) of 2022 AD.
