Initial guarantees: (5%) of the estimated disclosure value is valid until the end of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer. Final insurances: (10 %) of the contract value. Penalties for delay: (0,001) of the total amount contracted for each day of delay. The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer:(60) days from the date of submission of offers . The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer :(180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order.
