Those wishing to submit a request for proposals can view the documents related to them ( technical conditions Book No. 1045 dated 12/3/2023 and legal and financial conditions book) at the contracts and tenders committee office of the engineers department as of (Tuesday) located on (29/8/2023 ad).
The bids are submitted to the engineers management bureau after viewing them from the contracts and tenders committee as follows:
These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled with the name of the entity specified in the announcement and the subject of the request for proposals is written on it according to the following:
A-the first envelope: contains the following:
1-documents proving the availability of the conditions stipulated in Article /16 / of Law No. 2 / for the year 2022 and other required conditions( a commercial registration document-a Chamber of Commerce registration document-a non-employee paper from the public register of employees in the state-a summary of a judicial register-a statement of commitment to boycott Israel-a permit not to be deprived of entering tenders or contracting with ministries or other public entities or having his funds held in reserve for the benefit of public entities or executive booking-a copy of identity-a subscription document to the official announcements bulletin) with tender notice no. 183072 published on 01 Sep 2023.
