Description of Items
Concrete base: To provide all required equipment, tools and manpower to place formwork, rienforcement and concrete according to the design drawings. the concrete will be 350 KG/M3, All rienforcement shall be of 16mm rebar (minimum) spaced at 200mm c/c. All the base structures shall be connected (concrete cold joints are porhibited). The base rebars shall be extended to connect to the walls rebars. All overlapping (lap‐splice) shall be according to the design drawing. The used cement shall be Sulphate resistance (SRC). The base shall be cured for 7 days after concrete placing. The price includes a 10cm layer of lean concrete under all bases. The price includes providing and compacting a subbase of 15 cm.
