for private associations and institutions issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor by Resolution No. Kh/2/2435 of 1977, the Syrian SOS
Arab Children's Villages Association announces its need to supply laptops, desktops and UPS in accordance with the terms, coverages and conditions mentioned in the technical, financial and human rights
special conditions books According to the following provisions:
1) Bids shall be submitted to the association's headquarters located in Damascus, Mezzeh Sharqieh, Al-Farabi Street, opposite Nazir Nabaa School, phone 0119240
2) The deadline for submitting bids is at 12:00 on 13/8/2023 and any offer submitted after this date will be rejected 3) The date
of the bidding session at 14:00 noon on 13/8/2023 at the association's
headquarters 4) Temporary insurances estimated at / 26,000,000 / SYP only twenty-six million Syrian pounds only
5) Final insurance equivalent to (10%) ten percent of the total value of the contract
6) Duration of the link to the offer • The bidder remains attached to his offer for a period of fifteen days from the day following the date of the end of the submission of offers
• The nominated contractor remains attached to his offer
for a period of twenty days from the day following the date of notification of the referral
letter 7) Payment method: According to what is contained in the book of special legal and financial
conditions 8) Offers are accepted from those who meet the conditions mentioned in Article / 9 / of the system of contracts of associations and private institutions, and as indicated in the book of special financial and human rights conditions with tender notice no. 6650 published on 08 Aug 2023.
