Those who wish to participate should review the planning department in the Homs Mataa 3 branch, located in Homs, Damascus Road, Phosphate Complex, to obtain the advertisement file 0 Initial deposits: 1% of the estimated statement value, which amounts to 3,019,475 only three million and nineteen thousand, four hundred and seventy-five Syrian pounds only, according to a certified check or bank guarantee exclusively. Final deposits: 2% of the referral value by check Certified or exclusively bank guarantee. Offers shall be submitted to the office of the Homs branch located in Homs, Damascus Road, Phosphate Complex, within an envelope containing two envelopes on which the name of the bidder is written. The first envelope includes initial insurance and identification documents based on Clause A of Article 11 of Law No. 51 of 2004 + a contractor classification document for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
