General Directorate of antiquities and museums in Damascus Announcement of a tender for the first time Given the total speed: Based on the provisions of the unified contract Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Directorate of antiquities and museums in Damascus announces its desire to conduct a sealed envelope tender for the implementation of restoration works of the House of ajkabash in Aleppo for the year 2023. - Estimated disclosure of 1,237,706,000 L.X one billion, two hundred and thirty-seven million, seven hundred and six thousand Syrians, no less. - Initial insurances: 5% of the estimated disclosure value - Final insurances: 10% of the assignment value - It is submitted by means of a certified cheque, a bank guarantee for the Directorate's order, a bank transfer or a deposit with the Ministry of Finance. - Delay penalty: 01% for each day of delay - Duration of execution: 200 calendar days - The exhibitor must submit a document classifying a contractor of a specialty / buildings /of categories / excellent, first or second/ - The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer: six months from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers. - The duration of the candidate contractor's engagement with his offer: six months from the day following the date of notification of the referral. - The offers will be submitted to the Office of the General Directorate of antiquities and museums in Damascus within an envelope containing two envelopes, the first containing the identification papers and the initial insurance and the second on the financial offer until the end of the official working day from Tuesday 22 / 8 /2023 the shows open on Wednesday 23/ 8 /2023 at ten o'clock in the building of the Directorate..
