Those wishing to carry out the works can view the required documents and obtain the books of technical and special conditions and the schedule of quantities from the building of the military Works Department of the tender committee as of the date for payment of the value of a financial character of ( 6000 ) L.X
The bids are organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of articles (19-35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 within two sealed envelopes and these two envelopes are placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the military works department _ tenders committee and the subject of the tender is written on it, the specific date of the bids and the chosen location
The first envelope contains the following
1-an application for participation in the tender with a sticker of the Stamps prescribed in the books of special and legal conditions
2-a written statement from the exhibitor that he has reviewed the general conditions book and the special conditions books (legal – financial-technical) and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein
3-documents proving the availability of the conditions stipulated in Article /16 / of the law /2 / of 2022
4-a financial receipt for the purchase of the strike
