In support of the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Organization of Civil Aviation announces the holding of an internal tender at full speed to implement the project of completing civil and architectural works to equip the new General Administration Building of the General Organization of civil aviation at the entrance to Damascus International Airport, according to the technical, financial and legal terms book, and the tender committee will hold its meeting at the eleventh hour on Monday, 28/8/2023 at the General Organization of Civil Aviation located in damascusجمة Star Square
- Temporary insurance (5%) five percent of the value of the estimated disclosure, under a certified check, a guarantee or a deposit in one of the Syrian banks
- Estimated value [733275000] L.O only seven hundred and thirty-three million, two hundred and seventy-five thousand Syrian pounds only
- Final insurances ten percent of the value of the total referral
- The term of execution (contract term) (45) days starting from the day after receiving the job site free of obstacles
- Late fines (0,001) one thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the contract value
- The duration of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer is ninety calendar days from the date of submission of the offer
- The period of engagement of the nominated contractor with his offer is ninety calendar days from the date of referral
