Taking into account the application of what was stated in Law No. 1 dated 20/3/2023, which includes the amendment of some articles of Legislative Decree No. 44 of 2005 related to stamp duty. - Bids shall be submitted in two closed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the institution and on which the subject of the tender and the date specified for the opening of the bids shall be written to the Tender Committee until the end of the official working hours on Wednesday, 22/11/2023 AD, and it is organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of the sales and procurement work system of the Defense Laboratories Corporation, approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 13007 dated 28/11/2022 and its amendments, and in accordance with Article 6 of the legal and financial conditions book No. 54 dated 22/8/2023 issued by the institution. - The tender session will be held in the tender hall located in the General Administration Building at (12:00) on Sunday, 26/11/2023..
