The tender was published by GENERAL AUTHORITY OF THE MARTYR IYAD AHMED IBRAHIM HOSPITAL on 01 Sep 2023 for Tenders are invited for Securing the Required Laboratory Materials The General Authority of the martyr Iyad Ahmed Ibrahim Hospital Announcing an internal tender for the first time The General Authority of the martyr Iyad Ahmed Ibrahim Hospital in Banias announces its desire to conduct an internal tender with a sealed envelope for the first time in an acceptable-rejected manner to secure the required laboratory materials Initial insurances : specified and distributed in the table contained in the book of financial and legal conditions according to the items of the required materials, and paid in Syrian pounds for the order of the General Authority of the martyr Iyad Ahmed Ibrahim Hospital in Banias, and that from the exhibitor's bank account opened with one of the banks operating and accredited in the Syrian Arab Republic, and that exclusively by certified check or bank guarantee(not less than three months) or bank transfer to the account of the General Authority of the martyr Iyad Ahmed Ibrahim Hospital in Banias with the Central Bank of Syria-Tartus branch, and no accepts the check for his order Final insurances/10% / of the referral value Execution period: within /45 days/forty-five days from the day following the date of informing the contractor of the direct order The delay penalty is one thousand for each day of delay, provided that the amount of delay fines does not exceed 20% of the total contract value The bidder remains attached to his offer for a period of /90 days / from the date of the opening of the offers, and the nominated contractor remains attached to his offer for a period of/180 days / from the day following the date of notification of the transfer of the pledge to him The offers are submitted to the hospital Office accompanied by the initial insurance and all the required documents in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.
