Public organization for drinking water and sanitation Announcement of a request for proposals The public organization for drinking water and sanitation in the city of Damascus announces the conduct of a request for proposals at full speed for the third time for a project: providing savings for the public organization for drinking water and sanitation in the governorate of Damascus and its countryside ( mechanisms , engineering equipment , generating sets ....Etc.) in accordance with the books of special conditions (technical, financial and legal ) prepared by the administration for this undertaking, noting that " the offer is indivisible Initial insurances: determined in the amount of /12.500.000 / L.O only twelve million and five hundred thousand Syrian pounds, only with confirmation that all exhibitors apply for insurance among themselves in the event of more than one joint bid Final insurances: determined in the amount of / 10 %/ ten percent of the referral value, with confirmation that all exhibitors apply for insurances among themselves in case more than one participant submits an offer The period of the bidder's engagement is limited to /90 / calendar days starting from the day after the deadline for submitting bids The term of engagement of the nominated contractor is determined by/90 / calendar days starting from the day following the notification of the transfer of the pledge to him Full delivery period: set at /120 / calendar days " starting from the date of direct order The estimated amount of the project is reserved on the regular budget for 2023 Prices : prices must be final and no break is allowed Refuse offers with a quality mark below 70%.
